Pros

Work with customers, help on sales floor.

Cons

Not allow to speak or have a conversation with coworkers. Not allow to offer coupons, only by customer request. Not enough hours for part time, can not share hours with other jobs, paid minimum wage, NOT a happy place to work, stressful if you don't like been call for minimal reason.
