Unsupportive teams and managers, with little assistance from HR

Cons

Very hierarchal with little respect from the upper management. HR does not address/help with any issues. A lot of gossip behind closed doors that involves both staff and attorneys which creates an untrusting and inefficient working environment.

Cons

Very toxic management. Advancement based on how many golf days you have with C-Suite. Cheeky - but you get the point.
