      Benefits 12 paid holidays Decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Management does not listen to concerns regarding office staff or dangers. Low pay Toxic environment If you’re not willing to play the “yes man” you will be targeted. Ancillary staff practices medicine and management turns a blind eye when providers brings that to their attention. Understaffed - which staff is expected to work extra with no compensation. Low pay.

      Management is far removed. Bonus is based on how many patients you see rather than the quality of care

      Pros

      You do not have to make your quota. You can take time off whenever, there is no follow through if you’re in trouble. There is no Medical Director for advice. Everyone is inexperienced. If you need a paycheck and have a stressful home life this is where to work.

      Lack of support from staff and leadership.
