      Healthcare benefits, flexible schedule, autonomy

      Cons

      Corporate has no clue how clinical practice actually works. They run providers into the ground. Qualified help is hard to come by so clinic operations are riddled with mistakes on a daily basis. This place is not worth your sanity.

      Pros

      Great staff, supportive providers, plenty of supplies, helpful ancillary staff, easy to take PTO. Nice office culture.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for workload/documentation with ‘homegrown’ EMR. Locum’s documentation is inadequate (copy & paste without modifying, hospital FU visits not documenting reason for hospital visit or progress/current status) but accepted because completed in a ‘timely’ fashion. Extremely high turnover of providers and some staff. No work-life balance.
