Relaxed job, with good co-workers and local management.

Cons

Corporate/upper-level management is atrocious, every change made since I have started here has been for the worse. Absolutely zero internal mobility, no opportunities to progress.

Hybrid and Work from home flexibility

Cons

Poor management who don’t care about their direct reports (ie. not checking in, non responsive to messaging/check ins, zero accountability, telling reports they have carte blanche and then denying that they gave that authority for assignments so that they can put the blame on lower level employees for things they didn’t know needed to be done.) Decision making from executives is non-existent, horrible culture, toxic environment.
