      Many benefits. Free housing, shared company vehicle, free internet (SIM) and good pay.

      Cons

      No complaints, just dress code and behavioral expectations are strict, but defo worth the benefits and pay.

      1. Shared vehicles 2. Salary is low for experienced staff 3. Lack of monthly communication 4. No incentives or rewards for hardworking staff 5. Site Manager has an ego 6. HR in US needs to be more involved with front-line KSA staff 7. No room for internal growth or promotion 8. Profit over recognition and financial awards
