Work life balance, they do alot for employees to bring them together remotely. A lot of differentl contracts.

The raises come pretty minimum.

Great people to work with usually, decent stepping stone. Company will help you get certs or higher education (now this used to not be the case.)

Cons

benefits are mediocre at best especially considering PTO is 5 hours per pay period (Every 2 weeks) you get no sick time your PTO is your sick time the pay isn't really worth it considering you are IT and the amount of work you do as a field service engineer there is not really any room to grow and even if you do the pay isn't significant enough to warrant movement within the company unless shooting for the stars. there are a lot of cons vs Pro's it's great for a stepping stone.
