I've never ever had an issue with GovCIO. This company went through a merger with another company, the pandemic, and several contract extensions/renewals and it never felt like my job was in danger.

Cons

10 days of PTO in the first 5 years is a bit rough.

Being a subcontract, you'll notice members of the main contract operate at a level, not to the higher standard of GovCIO.

I did meet some good people and the experience helped me a land a better job.

Cons

After watching a video of the two women from The Pulse of GovCon the President of the Media sector said how do I manipulate these women into doing what I want. After being called out he laughed.
