Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We offer our employees education and training reimbursement up to a certain amount per year, and have a variety of training available to our employees at no additional cost through our new learning platform which was added as a benefit for employees in 2024, as a result of employee feedback.

Enjoyed working with the teams.

Cons

Things moved fairly quickly at times. I think onboarding could be tremendously improved, since there are so many parts to working on these contracts. I think there was a lot of turn over during my time there. Pay could be better as well.
