      Working with Grade Potential has been a very positive experience and one that I would recommend.

      Pros

      The company takes the effort to match the client with the tutors and the tutor's abilities and strengths. Every client I have worked with has been a great match with the exception of one and that client's parents were not satisfied with anyone. I did not take the lack of business personally.

      Cons

      Credentialed teachers should automatically be paid at a higher rate than non-credentialed tutors.

      Pros

      Workjng the the staff of Grade Potential has been very easy. They are very accomadating and helpful

      Cons

      I think the pay could be a bit. We have to travel for mot sessions and that can eat up the $$$ quickly. Wsih some older students sit would be nice to get hooked up with earlier before they are failing and need you to save them on their final. That unfortunately is hard for Grade Potential to do.

      Pros

      Office staff is very good about matching tutors with clients. Tutors choose preferred subject and office staff matches clients with tutors based on client needs and tutor preferences. I always have plenty of new client oppurtunities proposed to me each quarter and there has never been a shortage of work offered to me. I am always paid on time and compensated fairly. Grade potential is very honset and transparent about their business and it is nice to be apart of such a great team. Grade Potential handles all money transactions with clients so tutors do not have to worry about collecting money.

      Cons

      It is not private tutoring so Grade Potential takes a small cut of each client. No benefits for part time employees.
