Pros

Good pay, great retirement, decent benefits, numerous resources, great connections, good work/life balance, strong employees, easy lateral movement, solid structure.

Cons

Definitely not what i would consider an innovative company (they would definitely disagree with this). Far ahead for their industry, but as a whole i feel like i am working for a company that cannot comprehend real change and just makes small moves to catch up to technology that no other distributors are even considering. Definitely working for "the man", so sit back, do what they say, and don't disrupt the waters. If you want to get a mid level job making right around 100K with a great retirement you have found your job, but if you desire anything more i wouldn't even consider it.

Pros

In the past...The company cared. Pay was good, management cared.. Now. Good luck

Cons

Management changed the culture 5 or so years ago to treat employees like second class citizens. I had a manager tell me "I can get a trained monkey to do your job". Management has totally lost any respect for their employees.
