Pros

Good pay, pto and benefits.

Cons

If your not part of the club. They'll have you working 2 or 3 peoples jobs. While others do little to no work. They'll try to demoralize you, and attempt to make you feel like your insane. When everyone knows the reality. They'll claim to be transparent, when in reality , they wrap the truth in limo tint. They wont hesitate to discriminate, they have an area called the "horseshoe to punish those they don't like" Retalation is commob practice to them. To summarise, they claim to live by Diversity,Equity, and Inclusion. But in reality they live by discrimination, retalation, and exclusion. They do however live by equity, because if they don't like you. You will be working 16 hours work for 8 hours pay. While others work 3 hours work for 8 hours pay. Common practice for years from what I can tell.

Pros

The benefits are VERY good - there's a wide range of options to choose from. There is the potential to be a fully Remote employee after 6 months. The training process is VERY thorough. There is an abundance of job aides and assistance available to help guide the employee to perform the job successfully and serve the customer well; one is always well supported to make the best decision for both Grainger and the employee.

Cons

The pay scale for this position is VERY LOW and incongruent to the amount of work/energy/time/knowledge/skills needed to perform well at this job. This is the most challenging/difficult job I have ever had and yet it is the lowest salary I have ever received. I have never felt so undervalued as an employee as I do here in this role.
