Pros

Profit Sharing is awesome. Grainger Really takes care of their employees. Sales Training was top notch, total compensation is competitive. Management is a pleasure to work with. SR Management has an on point strategic vision. Grainger will tonig

Cons

Goals can be out of whack at times. Commission structure is not reflective to work load. A $5Mil territory at 100% to goal pays the exact same commissions as a $1M territory 100% to goal.

Pros

Grainger offers great benefits, there's a lot of good teamwork, and you can't beat a company vehicle you can use for personal use.

Cons

Salary is low compared to other companies but you get a car and phone.
