Pros

-Decent pay and benefits thats about it and a great staff discount , Oh wait ! Sorry they took that away.

Cons

-I was bullied and harassed for doing my job - No training system in place at all -ALOT of veteran employees that are too set in there ways, loopy, ornery, have poor communication, are abusive ,and are not team players. -You well never get a full vacation, you have to split your weeks up, one here one there and even then when it gets approved they can turn around and deny you. -You will commute long distances to workplace, even though they will tell you that the like to put you close by in a branch near you. -Constant shuffling of branch managers - Grossly understaffed , not enough people to handle the work load at times - Antiquated paper system that is so error prone that all you can do is laugh -I was told I got paid too much for what did, wow thanks for your encouragement.
