Pros

Profit Sharing & PTO.

Cons

Company no longer cares about the people. Employees have be reduced to a number and is now everything metric driven. Intangibles, no longer matter. Advancement is definitely based on who you know, not what you you know.

Pros

The pay was great, workout room inside of the warehouse, honestly can't think of any other pros to this job.

Cons

Management treated black and whites differently. (Lower level management and upper management too). Didn't train you to do the job, and wrote people they didn't like up for every mistake they did. Favorites were giving passes on mistakes. Manager actually had another employee follow me around while he was on lunch to write me up for mistakes he might have missed while he was gone. Was terminated after 4 months, never been at a job for less than 2 years as long as I have been working!

Pros

If you like to suck up and work harder than people who get paid more and don't mind being a corporate puppet, then this is the place for you.

Cons

They don't value employees despite all the rhetoric they spew about how much they do value employees. It's a front. The only people who count are the people at the top.
