Pros

Grainger is a stable company with great pay, solid benefits, and a safe, clean working environment. The company provides consistent hours, reliable equipment, and good opportunities to learn warehouse operations and logistics. Coworkers are generally supportive and team-oriented.

Cons

Management can be disorganized and inconsistent with communication. Favoritism sometimes affects fairness in scheduling and promotions. Feedback isn’t always taken seriously, and leadership can be out of touch with what happens on the floor. There’s a lack of recognition for hard work and a disconnect between upper management and warehouse employees

Pros

Great for your personal work-life balance

Cons

The company is old and struggling to modernize, management is capable but doesn't seem to have much of a plan other than "number go up", promotions are essentially non-existant, and internal surveys show the morale decreasing.
