Pros

Good benefit package and profit sharing

Cons

If you lose revenue due to a contractual change or whatever reason it's your fault. You have to make up revenue elsewhere within your territory. Then they use this problem to make your life difficult so you leave the firm then they bring up Field Area Rep and pay them $20K less than you to do the same job.

Pros

Built great relationships with people in 60 accounts in 4 counties.

Cons

Hourly job. GPS tells leadership where everyone is. My career ended when I reported to Corporate HR my leader remotely eavesdropped on my company cellphone as if the phone were jail-broken/wiretapped. HR put me on hold for 10 minutes, then referred me to the regional director, who referred me back to my boss. My boss decided it was time to slash my hours by transferring several of the accounts I serviced from me to a part time team member.
