Compensation has become much worse each year. Company was once focused on "employee-first choice" however that now seems like a different company. Internal Competitors (Like Zoro) web-sites create confusion and overlap multiple customers

Obsessed with change. No one knows what the goals of this business are or what your job really is because this company cannot make its mind up on a solid direction it wants to head. Zero job security. Attrition is massive. Layoff's around the country are continuous. They like to use fancy and politically correct words like "restructuring" and "exiting" to sugarcoat what they are really truly up to, which is mass layoffs. Do not plan to stay here long term. Who know's what I'll walk in to this morning; they'll probably have more big news that they are lowering our wages or making us part timers so they can give themselves even bigger bonuses at the top. Can't wait for a new job offer elsewhere so I can be done with this terrible company.
