Goals meant to be unachievable

Pros

The coworkers are amazing. Good people trying to do their best and supporting each other.

Cons

Goals are set so that 60-75% of the team will not regularly make them. Many goals are not in full control of the employee, such as how many calls/emails/chats/interactions you reveive in an hour. And they will claim changing 1 word here or there will completely change how the customer reacts. Call center favoritism is in full effect. Management shurgs off and does not pass any concerns, feedback, or pushback up the chain of command. While we are able to give feedback once a year via survey many of the issues do not get resolved year to year.

Pros

Work from home office. Provided with a company car, laptop & phone. Flexible schedule as you schedule your own appointments throughout the week. Knowledgeable and very friendly manager.

Cons

Since switching to salesforce everything seemed to become driven by that factor alone. Instead of spending time finding opportunity for growth, I spent most of my time logging everything in sales force in multiple different areas. Accounts are also now much more spread out requiring more travel time. New package structure provides less immediate opportunity. Commision is paid out only semi-annually.
