Pros

Great pay & benefits which included a sizeable profit sharing program. Afordable health, dental, vision, life, short term & long term disability insurance.

Cons

Upper management within the Sourcing Division was a revolving door. Within 5 years I had 8 managers, only once did I ever receive a year end review by a manager that I worked for that year making it nearly impossible to move up within the organization. Because of the high turn-round in managers very few of the Sourcing managers had a true understanding of the processes in place; nor were they able to do the job of a Sourcing Specialist. This all contributed to very low morale and a very unhappy & tense working environment. The metrics in place for the Sourcing Specialist were based mostly on speed and volume rather than accuracy & obtaining the business of customers which resulted in sloppy work and employees meeting their metrics oposed to being competitively priced, obtaining sales & providing a positive service for customers.

Pros

Obviously WWG understands it has a retention problem and a hostility among their work force or they wouldn't be posting "false positive" reviews here. Good! The first step is admitting there is a problem.

Cons

The people posting good reviews here are either brad new, because the talent has left and they were just recently hired, or corporate goons. There is not one person i know within the thousands of Account Managers that enjoytheir job. They are underpaid, over micro-managed, and direspected.

Pros

Best thing about this company is that you work remotely. Your team is the bright spot and working with branch personnel.

Cons

Horrible upper management. No work life balance. They hire key talent to manage to performance but want us to treat Gen X like babies. Its a terrible work environment where the company takes way too long to separate staff due to performance issue. Run from this company!
