Zero Work Life Balance

Pros

Good benefits, generous vacation time, these two start on day one of being hired.

Cons

Zero work live balance, unrealistic expectations by senior management, difficult to get promoted in Macedonia unless you're part of the "in crowd", high turnover of supervisors and team members because of militant leadership from operations & process management. Very hard work for little reward and lastly NEVER knowing what time you will be going home.

Pros

Good co-workers, decent retirement plan, downtown and suburban offices, company pays a large portion of insurance, company is very charitable and its 3x matching donation is extremely generous

Cons

Base salary is below market, retirement isn't close to what it used to be, some departments are incredibly inefficient and too process heavy, poor leadership in spots, HR is there to protect management, very limited growth opportunities

Pros

Good company name to put on your resume, benefits are decent

Cons

Too much restructuring in a short amount of time. New managers are being hired with NO previous experience and trying to micromanage. Lied to in interview on what the job actually entails. Disappointed in my manager and the favoritism he has towards certain people on my team. The company prides itself on developing their employees but my manager does everything he can to prevent it and limits the opportunities available. Everyone is overqualified and underpaid. No flexibility in working hours for my department and we are treated like robots, not people.
