Pros

Great training and the opportunity to dive right into B to B sales with many industries. Lots of support / resources.

Cons

A recently failed Territory Sales Rep program. Lots of turnover both with sales reps and managers. Low pay, a lot lower salary than other similar jobs.

Pros

Great co workers and benefits package. Most relaxed sales environment I have experienced.

Cons

There was a never ending changing of sales strategies. The reason for this being a very top heavy establishment. There was around 4 to 5 departments that had input in how we were suppose to perform our jobs. Most coworkers had more sales experience than 75% of management. Pay is very low and commission is laughable.

Pros

Work life balance is great. Benefits are wonderful.

Cons

Bait and switch tactics when recruited. Compensation plan constantly changes so don't count on anything. No overtime offered. Unobtainable goals unless you happen to sit in a CSG that is already meeting it's goals. Only 30% of ISA's on the floor meet goal on a monthly basis. There is no promotions from within. All managing inside sales positions are brought from outside.
