Unfortunately had a manager who harassed and bullied me I had to report to HR where my claims were substantiated but they not only shared my complaint with my manager who talked to me about my complaints but also made me continue to work with said manager unless I wanted to go into a completely different field outside on finance

Back to back calls from start to finish. No wrap up time in between calls. Expected to do the job of several departments ( product search/accounts payable/sales) Like any call center job they frown upon going to the bathroom. I once had a supervisor tell me I had to get a doctors note to go to the bathroom. Most managers are outside hires and have no clue how they system works or what we actually do. Like any place in life you will find good and you will find bad. In my experience the bad outweighs the good at Grainger.
