Pros

semi-decent starting rate potential overtime its a job that pays I guess

Cons

hours are inconsistent, you will be asked to come in early the next day as you are walking out the door, and often it will be mandatory. Management does not communicate, and you will be to blame for every inconvenience. The leadership thrives on pushing people to their limits, and workers are often burned out and pit against each other. You are just a number, nothing more, and often treated like even less.
