Pros

Pay is good but definitely not the best.

Cons

Prospective employees: When I first started here I was wondering why their turn over rate was over 50% but after being subjected to incompetent management that picks and chooses what rules/policies to enforce and against whom I can see why, I exceeded my monthly goal during my tenure but never got acknowledgment from any member of management but the moment I made TWO errors out of the 12,000 plus tasks that I completed, management was quick to acknowledge that and in a condescending manner. Work life balance is not possible here as the turn over rate is so high that they subject you to mandatory over time so depending on the shift you can start as early as 8 AM and stay as late as 10 PM. Their attendance policy is enforced depending on the supervisor and every employee is subject to more slack than others depending on the supervisor. Overall the job itself is easy but it definitely has its drawbacks.

Pros

Reputation in the market for product distribution and product line breadth/depth

Cons

Most severe micromanagement in corporate America Reputation for highest prices Unreasonable expectations followed by constant pressure at this position Size and scope of offerings cause systems and procedures to counter each other and cause inefficiency.

Pros

Medical and PTO are good, work at your own pace.

Cons

They took away our sales commission because of the pandemic even though the company grossed millions. They do not care about inside sales although that division is consistently on top with sales. Its baffling to see a company take away your commission and then pour salt in the wound by adding more responsibilities and to top it all off they added KPI's to track your monthly progress with the hopes of getting a "potential" bonus payout at the end of the year that is not even guaranteed. I really liked working here but they showed their true colors and are not for the employee. They stopped letting us sell "pandemic" items to our customers because they were needed more by the hospitals, now they are sitting on an overstock that they cannot get rid off. Some of the decisions they make usually makes no sense at all.
