Granicus has shifted gears to embrace a one-sided culture and is not open to any opposing views. Pay is often below market value for similar roles and markets. Bonuses are not paid until 3 months into the following year requiring employees to remain with the company to receive previous years' performance merits. Granicus fully supports medical apartheid often encouraging virtue signaling in day-to-day communications.
