Pros

They offer good benefits for full time employees.

Cons

Granicus likes to say that they are all about taking care of their workers, that they care about you and want you to succeed, but unfortunately they don't make any business decisions to support that. It's all talk and feel good when it comes down to making actual change.

Pros

Granicus is a socially conscious company. The upper management seem to care about the employees and are concerned with their well-being. Most of the staff are capable, friendly, and communicate well.

Cons

If you work remotely its hard to feel any connection to the company. The small company, with a connected real person CEO feel is slowly being replaced with talk about Executive Leadership Team, and Individual Contributors and more jargon than you can shake a stick at.

Overall good place to work

Pros

Great colleagues, benefits, and flexible time off

Cons

Training was a little scattered to start and during my time here there have been multiple companies purchased which only added to the amount of self-training and learning put on reps. Takes quite a bit of time to get your feet under you and your OTE is not realistic in year 1.
