Pros
Mission-driven, positive, caring workplace with very good benefits and work/life balance. The support during COVID-19 and the general societal upheaval of late has been incredible. Granicus is people-first and it shows. Plus, the work is meaningful and has a real impact on people's lives. I love working here.
Cons
None that I can think of at the moment. I mean, it's still work, so there's that, but they've done a good job at minimizing those pains, imho.
