      Pros

      Granicus teams are very welcoming from my experience. People are helpful and there's a positive dynamic amongst the company. Benefits are great and the office environment is open and filled with tasty snacks! I enjoy my work at Granicus and my mentor has greatly contributed to that enjoyment. I've noticed that everyone is well respected and it is easy to talk with management.

      Pros

      The office is amazing. Fully stocked kitchen, beer on tap. Best of all though is the friendliness of everyone in the office and how close knit each team is. Everyone relates well. The products at extremely helpful to governments and truly make the experience for both government and citizens easier. The CEO has been extremely transparent during COVID and kept everyone calm and collected

      Cons

      Overall, employees are underpaid compared to market averages. The products can be overpriced for smaller communities.There seems to be a higher number of turnover with the sales reps and some executives. Things have calmed down with that during COVID. Sometimes there is conflicting messaging or focus points between different higher ups that gets frustrating sometimes
