Pros
I've had the opportunity to grow substantially both personally and professionally as part of the Granicus family. Our culture is like no other - high-growth, mission-driven, and focused on making the lives of those we support better every single day. I am particularly inspired my our executive leadership team during this incredibly stressful and unprecedented time, responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and response efforts. Our C-suite has risen to the challenge in ways I never could have imagined and are making the health and welfare of our teams the number one priority. I have been humbled by the ability of our organization to run to the fire to help those in need - our customers, and the residents they serve. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to do work every day that has meaning and makes a positive impact on our world. I also appreciate the autonomy I am given by leadership to run my business, grow my team, and make structural improvements to better the lives of my people overtime.
Cons
With high-growth comes growing pains. I look at this as opportunity to make a positive impact and push the boundaries of our business. Working in this type of atmosphere has been the single largest growth driver for me in my career.
