      Pros

      Welcoming environment, a culture that feels very passionate about the services and solutions they are providing. Only several weeks into my tenure here, and I can tell that it's the kind of place that is deeply committed to their values, clients, and employees. Great benefits, including 401(k) matching and unlimited FTO.

      Cons

      Outside of the expected and relatively minor disorganization presented by joining the team during the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, I have nothing to report that I would consider a con to working at Granicus.

      Pros

      Really supportive teams at all levels. Let you get on with your work. They look after the physical and mental wellbeing of their employees . No blame culture. The work environment makes you want to do well. Excellent terms and conditions. Great people to work for!

      Cons

      Sometimes a little 'US' centric, even though they have an office in London with UK based employees, but that is to be expected as the majority of the company is US based. It can work positively though as UK staff get to understand a lot more about US people and their way of working.
