Benefits are great, flexibility is great and the software is very intuitive

Cons

They can and do outsource as many positions possible. One that would normally come with a $50,000 salary in the US for example is commonly outsource to foreign hires in India and many other countries with a salary fractions of what they'd pay a US employee. This leads to many language barriers and uncertainty in the validity and security of your role within the company.

WFH reimbursement and unlimited PTO was nice.

Cons

Layoffs are inevitable; they will replace you with cheap overseas labor. The removal of DEI policies ruined any positive culture they pretended to cultivate.
