      Remote working and the £75 a month remote working benefit

      Leadership bends over for the US president so steer clear if you're LGBT or a member of another minority group! Constant acquisitions led to an influx of senior managers leaving those in middle management roles to be cast aside despite understanding the market and products better. You are never valued the "appraisals" are a complete joke and HR should be ashamed. Unless youre in the senior leadership team you are just a number. Products are rushed, under developed and being run into the ground. Steer clear

      Lackluster company not willing to fix its problems

      Friendly and capable employees who work well together.

      Cons

      Exec leaders do not support the workers, and instead cause problems for the company through poor decisions and strategy. There is no follow through or support for initiatives. They change strategy often seemingly on whim. Long history of acquisition of products that are then not well supported once owned by Granicus. They are not in the business of developing software; they are in the business of acquiring software and selling it to customers until it dies a slow death.

      Benifits: Wellness reimbursement, internet and phone bills reimbursement, Unplug Wednesdays. Remote first company In terms of company as a whole, it's growing slowly and expanding customer base across the world.
