Pros
The company's mission is to help government agencies do a better job of communicating and serving the public. In my experience, the leadership is committed to ethical practices. Employees are generally treated well.
Cons
Granicus has been through some management changes and seems to have a problem with high turnover. People in leadership positions don't always do what they say they will, due mostly in my opinion to feeling overcommitted and pulled in too many directions. Sometimes the corporate culture seems bureaucratic and stifling. I don't think they do as good a job as they should at providing professional development opportunities to employees.
