      Pros

      When you are covering 3 positions at once you will gain a lot of valuable experience.

      Cons

      Pay scale is becoming so disconnected from the Sillicon Valley that the incentive to "stay for the beach location", has become overshadowed. Lot's of brown nosing by middle management to senior management, hard to watch. No backbone to fight for employees. Benefits are terrible.

      Pros

      Great company to work for - very honest & ethical. A company you can be proud to work for. The best part of this company is the people & the values of the company. Plus the work we do is pretty cool. Headquarters in Watsonville, CA is in a great location - near the beach and a close drive to the mountains.

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility, depending on location. Many managers are lacking management skills. Benefits are okay, but could be more competitive. If just a little more flexibility was offered & supported from the top down, this would be the perfect company to work for.

      Pros

      I made great connections. Had 4 managers in 8 years and 3 out of 4 were some of the best people I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Top heavy. Too much favoritism. Management has no clue employees are unhappy. Benefits are awful. Would never recommend anyone to work for the corporate office.
