      Pros

      Great people, exciting projects, lots of room to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Major dysfunction at senior management level. Good ol' boys network alive and well at Granite. Time for a change. Granite's become just another stepping stone to a better job. Won't find anyone willing to stay more than a few years anymore. Work/life balance is non-existent.

      Pros

      Good Pay for the area Good core value The HQ has a beautiful backyard Work-life-balance is good Traffic on the 1 is not bad at all compared to the Bay Area

      Cons

      The building is next to a trash/recycling center Terrible Clicky groups of people at the HQ The CEO is not down to earth at all- He cares of about his horse ranch more than the employees and the business The CFO is cold and dumb - She's very insecure The whole Executive Team is just a joke- a great company fell apart due to the economic recession and poor senior management team

      Pros

      Decent pay and smart individuals work for the company. Some perks and material items are average benefits. There are some good people there.

      Cons

      Extremely unethical company, long hours. Not a healthy work life balance. Certain policies that they emphasize are not followed. Favoritism overrides ethics.
