I've worked at Graphcom since December 2017. This company was established by Greg and Tina Allen on a foundation of family, honesty, and integrity. In my experience, every employee lives and breathes these values in everything they do. From delivering a world class customer experience to maintaining a team of stable, highly qualified and motivated employees that actively deliver the organization's mission, Graphcom means what it says and follows through on it's commitment to clients, partners, and most importantly employees. Leadership empowers every employee to have a voice. We're active in the community upholding DEI initiatives and continuing to grow and evolve every step of the way. The best compliment I can give is that I love working here and I can't wait to come to work every morning.
Cons
We're in the transition of bringing our 3 locations into 1. This provides challenges when connecting with other parts of the company. Leadership provides tools such as Microsoft Teams and other online programs that enable us to stay in touch and communicate effectively.
