Pros
I've worked at Graphcom for 5+ years and, honestly, it's the best place I've ever worked. I've worked in very unsupportive, unfriendly, competitive environments in the past, and my time at Graphcom has been nothing like that. The company really lives up to its values (family, integrity, honesty). I've seen this so many times, not just in the daily routine of things, but when folks have fallen on hard times or needed extra help over the years. We really care for one another; we're not only colleagues but friends. I love the fun, casual environment that allows creativity to foster and grow. Collaboration and innovation are encouraged, and I've never felt like I couldn't or shouldn't do something outside the box. It's truly a place where you can grow your skills and career, and I've seen several interns do this and become key players on our team, including leadership! Our clients are great too. I feel like I'm making a real difference for so many healthcare, nonprofit, and educational organizations, and that makes the hard work and (sometimes) long hours all worth it.
Cons
Like any marketing agency, hours and workload can get crazy, depending on deadlines and projects at hand. It certainly takes a certain type of person to thrive in this environment (I do). We're growing fast, so some workspaces feel a bit tight at times.
