excessive INVOLUNTARY overtime, absolutely no basic decency or respect given from supervisors to employees, laughably nonexistent “training” given to new employees regarding their required job obligations

Some to the people that work there are hard-working and genuinely good people.

Cons

Far to much mandatory overtime (84 hour weeks). Absolutely not opportunity for job growth. If you're not related to management or in the right football pools, you can forget about career advancement.
