      None really unless you like eating out every day and rinning for food for manager

      Cons

      Goals unrealistic meeting after meeting but nothing is learned from them. Mgr is not approachable firmly believes job is the beat and too bad

      Honest Review for Inside Sales/Account Manager Position

      Pros

      There are a few very valuable employees working here that truly are great. Good opportunity for right out of college, sales minded individuals to get their feet wet. Also good opportunity for retired sales veterans who want to make some extra cash while working part time. If you are okay with relocating, opportunities arise all the time for advancement if that is what you are looking for.

      Cons

      Seasoned sales professionals could do well but might get frustrated with the compensation process. Grinding work that could get to feel monotonous. Executive management, while not in direct contact with Inside Sales, can still make anything and everything very complicated for everyone. Unobtainable goals are the norm.

      Pros

      If your not interested in learning new skills this is the job for you.

      Cons

      Unprofessional work environment almost hostile, profanity used regularly in the office, low hourly rate, bonus structure very difficult to achieve, no advancement opportunities, software outdated and mundane work. Unless you are in upper mgmt, communication is on a need-to-know basis.
