Pros

Glrc has some really good things going for them. For one the pay is amazing. Right now the top pay is 30$ hr. For an inexperienced man or woman there hiring at a minimum of 18$ hr. That's an awesome starting pay if you ask me. They have a traing program that when completed and passed it effects your pay. They believe that if you work hard n come your efforts won't go unnoticed. The team is awesome and willing to take you under the wing and train. The faster you learn the better it is for everyone and the Forman push for that. Safety is strongly implemented in our day to day. If your a go getter you ca advance fast in the field or in the office. Management will take a chance on you. Hands down the best TPO/PVC installers in the state. Tools and equipment are Great. Don P. Is open to change and suggestions from crews.

Cons

No payed holidays Some out of town/ state work Pay method for driving in truck #of hours worked to receive hours of pto

Pros

Company is passionate about safety & roofing. Yes, is hard-driving & expects a lot out of their employees but also recognizes talent & prefers to promote from within. People that are engaged & willing to work hard & do their job get rewarded! Pay scales are typically above industry average. If you prefer to be part of the solution (rather than be the problem) and are willing to work towards making the company better by doing what you say & setting a great example, then this is the company for you!

Cons

Can be chaotic. Communication break-downs can occur.
