      Middle management tries to run interference to keep employees engaged.

      Cons

      While working with management who attempts to change the culture for the good, the corporate umbrella is either non responsive or influencing against day to day operations and fails to deliver a plan.

      Working outside when it's nice, getting to travel and see many places, some people are quite pleasant to work with

      Cons

      Working outside when it's very hot / cold, crew can be very rash / crude, management can have cutthroat culture, many communication problems within company, foreman may try to drive crew into the ground to meet unrealistic expectations of management
