Pros
Great benefits Strong relationships among peers We offer a great product
Cons
In a recent restructure, there were jobs listed as success coach ($70,000-$80,000) and success Lead ($100,000-$130,000). These positions were hired by a team of directors and associate directors who were told "Pick whoever you want. This is your team." If you had any kind of relationship with your regional leads, you got one of the success leafd positions. But if your leads didn't know you, you got a coach position. It doesn't matter how long you have been at the company or the work that you have done. These decisions were made with no face-to-face interviews. After seeing who was hired and who was let go, it is evident that "friends" were hired for more desirable positions with higher pay. Those of us who put our time in got coach positions, and others were let go. It is unfair for someone who started in July of 2023 to get one of these positions when there are MANY who have been here for up to 5 or 6 years, who know the content, and who have given so much to this company. These jobs were not hired based on knowledge, skill, or experience. They were hired on who you knew. As a coach, we are to do 120 sessions each year. This is a significant increase from when we were hired having to do 75. To top this off, some coached got up to a 25% reduction in pay. We needed an income, so we stayed with the company. The raises and performance reviews in the past years amount to nothing. They gave taken that away from us. If you have been here awhile and do a great job, you kinda get forgotten. Leadership focuses on the new great people.
