The smaller market, low unemployment and being the only healthcare provider in the region make it a challenge to find great team members.

Passionate about patient care. Striving for top notch CHAPS scores. Embraces technology, Small company feel, great benefits and health coverage. Bringing on EPIC. New Data Center, employees want to do a good job.

Cons

Slow to adapt to the changing technology cultures, change for front line employees difficult. Teams struggling to move into an enterprise level technology environment. Cash flow very tight, transformation and ongoing system management slow.
