I started and run Groove so I am biased…BUT it is a great place! The people at Groove are amazing! We have a lot of fun and are doing work for a purpose to impact lives…of our fellow team, the “least of these” and our customers. It’s about people and the items we sell enable us to focus on that objective.

Leadership really cares about people. Great colleagues. Mandatory fun monthly, annual stipend for adventure trip, etc.
