Growing Company-Yet somehow eager to always cut cost. No regard for compliance

Pros

I enjoyed working with the lower people in my general area.

Cons

Management is toxic. Job duties change constantly. Management holds minorities to different standards than white employees. Company profits soar yet managers are always looking for a reason to not give raises. Management terminates employees upon receiving a 2 week notice. No open door policy. Descent is a great way to be shown the door.

Pros

Unlimited income potential, great training, team atmosphere, working for a company that truly cares about its employees.

Cons

No fuel compensation with current tax laws, but fuel cost is nothing compared to what you can earn. Just get a reliable, fuel efficient vehicle if you join. It takes a month or two to get the hang of inspecting. Just be patient and master the learning materials.

I love our company culture at Team FRS. Everyone shares the same Mission, Values and Vision at our company. We are constantly looking at ways we can improve personally and professionally as individuals. Consequently, we're able to serve our customers at the highest level. At FRS, our staff has the freedom to grow. Your only limited by your ability to execute the mission.

Cons

I can't think of anything that would be considered a con. A part of our company culture is that we work hard in every facet of our business so we're able to obtain our goals. So if you were an individuals that once a slow paced, "easy job" this company would definitely not be a good fit for you.
