Pros
You can make a bunch of money
Cons
They basically give you no other option than to be dishonest with your clients. You will be given lots of dead leads that should never have been booked, but the call center people get paid for the leads so the company will defend them. If you don't sell those leads, your close percentage goes down along with all your other closely-monitored KPI's and then they stop giving you leads. They won't give you the leads in your own hometown, even on your own street. They will send you to a town 100 miles away and the guy who lives 100 miles away will go to your town. It's every man for himself, every guy will say whatever he needs to close a deal, so the online reputation of the company you work for will eventually tank. Anyone who cares about what they are selling to people will eventually quit out of disgust. They have an inside sales team that will sell your old leads and not tell you. Their amazing referral bonuses require months of calls and emails to actually get paid.
