Great company overall but need to have a better understanding of the poor quality installs customers deal with more times than not. Production gets all the praise for getting jobs done fast but nobody goes behind for a quality control visit. This leaves customers with poorly executed installs that they have spent thousands of dollars on. Then when customers reach out to talk to the productoon manager, they cant get a call back abd are left in the dry.

In California they provide a truck and gas card to drive 3-5 hours daily. Training was intense and helpful.

Cons

In the interview they said 1 lead a day and it turned out to be 2 leads a week. This being said, it's difficult to ramp up for when the initial weekly guarantee runs out, 10 weeks. 2 weeks with production, 3 weeks in training and then time to implement your skills and knowledge. Groundworks will give you dead leads to start or very small opportunities and you will be driving 3-5 hours daily in hopes of closing a very small deal. The leads are given to veterans of the company.
