Pros

Pay is decent A way to meet cool people from other states They order food sometimes

Cons

I truly don’t even know where to begin so let me try to group this together the best I can • Management is extremely poor - and it likely won’t change since management is never held accountable by higher management • Human recourses is gonna be the opposite of what you are used to! They do not protect employees at all & often will bend rules to get their way • They will drip you dry of any personal life & all mental stability due to over working employees for leads & calls • You will be verbally abused by customers due to lack of care by inspector, production & service because the company generally just wants their $! (Rightfully so I guess but at what cost of the customers?) • Highly toxic environment due to drama being the main source of lively hood in the office • Un realistic requirements for all the “amazing bonuses they offer” those bonuses are mainly for managers & sales managers with some in between (believe it or not despite how many new people you call it doesn’t change poor reputation from current & previous clients) • Unprofessional in every way imaginable (yes, even Human Resources, management & executives) • Hard to accumulate PTO • Stark & low morale work area

Pros

Co workers were great, they are understanding about personal life things that come up. Good health insurance plan.

Cons

They care more about their image than their employees who are vastly underpaid. They do not keep their word about bonus payouts and will often change their mind about payouts midway through the program. Payroll missed pay days multiple times— employees had to wait until the following pay period due to the companies mistake. Salaries for various positions average $5-$15,000 less than national average and gas reimbursement is $.20 less than national average. If you are “promoted”, your salary will not show this. Leadership is constantly changing with little to no notice, leaving departments without supervisors for months. Many times assignments and goals are unclear, leaving teams scrambling for direction while trying to meet deadlines.
