Pros

The community of it is nice and I've always felt appreciated for my work. Meeting significant member needs and supporting the clinical team is rewarding. Flexibility in day-to-day schedule allows you to make use of your work day as you feel suits your style and efficiency best.

Cons

Lot's of changes always rolling out, upward mobility is limited, though typically as a result of internal promotion. Pay is currently under market comparability and they are presently hiring in counselor roles that supervisors manage with higher pay than we are receiving.

Pros

The culture at Groups Recover Together is amazing. They are actually supportive and understanding. My boss reminds me to have work/life balance and the company prioritizes this with their wellbeing days off (it's a lot). Also, my compensation is great and I get fair mid-year and end of year reviews that accurately portray my work for the year. I can't say enough good things about working at Groups Recover Together.

Cons

It's very difficult to come up with cons of working here. The cons I have are so insignificant on the whole but I would say sometimes communication can be a bit fragmented, which isn't entirely shocking with how fast we're growing and the size of the company.
